ABOUT

Most people don’t come to this work because something is broken.
They come because something feels heavy.

They’ve done the work.
They’ve tried to understand themselves.
And still, there’s a sense of carrying more than what’s actually theirs.

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

How I Came to This Work

My own path began with a very human desire to feel lighter in my body, my life, and my inner world.

What I didn’t expect was how much shifted when I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening instead. As I learned to follow the signals of my system, old patterns softened. Clarity returned. Life moved from effort and strain into something more spacious, steady, and aligned.

That change wasn’t dramatic.
It was honest.
And it stayed.

What I Know Now

I don’t have everything figured out.
I’m still human. Still learning. Still becoming.

But I do know this: Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are when the noise settles.

Presence matters.
Coherence matters.
And safety in the body changes everything.

How I Walk With Others

I don’t fix people.
I don’t force breakthroughs.
And I don’t believe transformation has to be hard.

What I offer is a grounded, steady space where your system can re-tune at its own pace. Together, we listen. We notice what’s been holding tension. We allow what’s been waiting to come back into rhythm.

When the body feels safe enough to soften, clarity follows naturally.

Beyond the Session

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outside with my dogs nearby, hands in the garden, or watching the sky change. Nature continues to remind me that coherence doesn’t require effort. It responds to attention.

The field is always listening.
And it always knows the way back to balance.

Why I’m Here

At my core, I’m here to walk beside others as they remember what’s always been true.

You’re already whole.
Healing isn’t perfection.
It’s presence. It’s coherence. It’s joy.

And every time one of us re-tunes that resonance quietly ripples outward for the good of all.

A Little More About Me

If you’re someone who enjoys the texture behind the work, here are a few things that have shaped me along the way.

I’m a lifelong learner with a mystical mind and a grounded heart. I love noticing patterns within people, within spaces, and within myself. One of the earliest books that opened this door for me was The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. That curiosity never left. I’m still reading. Still listening. Still exploring. Still remembering.

I’m especially drawn to Five Element Theory, where Earth, Metal, and Wood are my rhythm. Feng Shui has also been a longtime companion. I’m always amazed me how space itself can soften, support, and hum when intention is present.

And yes, for those who enjoy astrology, I’m a Gemini Sun, Aries Moon, and Scorpio Rising (tropical). Nowadays, I do find my vedic chart more fitting. I don’t take it all too literally, but I do enjoy feeling into how these energies show up and evolve over time.

Nature, above all else, keeps me honest. Dogs, dirt, dawn skies, and quiet mornings return me to what matters most. They remind me that coherence isn’t something we achieve. It’s something we remember when we slow down enough to notice.

AI recently drew this for me. It is a depiction of my North Node in Aries. Pretty amazing, huh?
